Jeremy Downey and Emily Tuttle Shell have designed bistro V to offer "downtown" fare without the "downtown" fuss.

Bistro V is conveniently located on Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills next door to Vestavia Hills City Hall.  We offer Lunch, Dinner and weekend Brunch. Chef Downey’s menu offers dishes of fresh seafood and local and organic  meats and vegetables.
